The TransRockies Gran Fondo Moab is back on the Iconic La Sal Loop in 2027.
Your day begins at Lions Park, right at the corner of Highways 191 and 128, before rolling onto one of the most stunning canyon roads in the Southwest—following the Colorado River as the red rock walls tower above you. From there, the route climbs into the majestic Castle Valley, winding higher and higher until you reach the snow-capped La Sal Mountains (yes, even in spring).
Then comes the payoff: an absolutely pristine ribbon of pavement and a descent so good it feels like a movie scene. You’ll fly back down toward Moab and cross the finish line in Old City Park for your celebratory finish line photo. From here we’ll have you roll back downtown to ChillVille at Swanny Park, where a well-earned meal and cold drinks await.

Get ready for a gravel adventure like no other! Join us for the second edition of the TransRockies Gravel Fondo Moab.
Embark on a Journey: The ride begins along the rugged Gemini Bridges Road, where red rock formations and endless vistas will surround you. As you pedal past the iconic Gooney Bird rock, you'll know you're in the heart of Moab, and while making your way up the Gemini Bridges climb to Highway 313; panoramic views of the majestic Canyonlands surround you.
Epic Gravel Awaits: From here, the real adventure begins! You'll ride along Dubinky Well Road, where every pedal stroke rewards you with stunning desert views. The Moab gravel provides the perfect terrain for gravel lovers seeking the ultimate challenge. This path will have you meander south along the base of Mill Canyon, bringing you full circle as you return to Bar M.

On Monday, May 3, ride the final stage of Moab Rocks along the legendary Mag 7 trails. You’ll tackle the same course as the stage racers, with the freedom to ride it at your own pace… because sometimes one big day on the bike is exactly the right amount of ambitious.
